About PNR
What we do
PNR aims to secure and protect the rights of non-human animals to make the world where all creatures peacefully co-exist.
1. We raise awareness of issues around animals through our global network and research on the legal status and rights of animals.
2. We support the enactment of legislation, amendment and enforcement of policies to secure the legal status and rights of animals and to improve animal welfare.
3. We focus on the effects of relationship with non-human animals on human beings, inform the current situation of non-human animals and give directions to advance to a society that respects all creatures.
4. We take appropriate actions including litigation to ensure that animal rights are recognized and protected.
